GEA Package Weigher: entirely made in stainless steel with an accurate weight control system for nests, long-cut and short cut dry pasta.
The GEA Package Weigher series successfully fits to a wide range of applications, from fresh and frozen food to dry pasta and granular products, all certified according to MID Regulation.
The models can be supplied with a built-in metal detector to reject the metal contaminated packages, without running into metal presence in the finished packages. The transportation is carried out thanks to three direct current independent motion belts, whose speed is adjustable through operator interface panel that allows:
- The control of the machine;
- The memorization of up to 100 different production profiles;
- A self-diagnostic of all the machine operations that helps the operator to easily identify the possible machine stop causes.
These checkweighers are entirely made in stainless steel so assuring hygienic standards and easy cleaning.
Available in two different sizes, ranging from 15 to 2.100g, the increased weighing accuracy (up to 0,2 g) allows sensitivity also on variable different weights. Possibility, upon request, to install a data elaboration software in order to store production data by MySQL or SQLServer Database
