Intermittent medium speed packaging system designed for short-cut pasta and dry granular food.
Machine designed for the production of pillow, pillow with gussets, flat bottom and flat bottom with 4-side seals bags packaging.
Characterized by great versatility, it can be coupled with any kind of weigher or volumetric doser (cups or auger filler model): it is addressed especially to the customers who are searching for a user-friendly machine, without having the need for high speed performances but willing to make various typologies of bags.
All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel and frame design sharply reduces parts’ wear and consequently maintenance time.
The GEA V-Packer comes in a different model:
GEA V-Packer KXL, the catering version which features a motor-driven jaw with an enlarged maximum film width to 1100 mm.
