hydrosoft 供給システムは、GEA softstream システムの利点と hydrohermetic (水密) 供給システムの利点を兼ね備えています。これらのシステムを組み合わせることにより、低圧で製品を非常に穏やかに加速させることができます。このシステムは、供給能力の観点から高度の柔軟性を提供します。製造中にクリームに浸されるこのシステムの上に位置づけられたクリームの求心ポンプのために、注入口チャンバは外気から水圧で密閉されます。そのため、製品への空気の取り入れは不可能です。固定された供給管により、製品は回転式分配装置の中心に位置するボアに流入することができます。この中心ボアにはリブがないため、製品のせん断作用が回避されます。製品は、半径方向に配置されたボアを介してディスクスタックの内部上昇チャネルに穏やかに供給され、そこで脱脂乳とクリームに分離されます。

The GEA Advanced Water Supply optimization concept is an example of how further savings potential can be unlocked at any point within the process chain. In this case, it is the smart reduction of the consumption of cooling and operating water without any negative impact on performance.
With optimized control matched to the technical conditions, it is possible to optimize the consumption of operating water for a self-cleaning centrifuge as well as the cooling water for the direct drive, the hood, and the solids catcher, resulting in water savings of minimum 48%.
*The Add Better label relates to the serial product Dairy Separator MSI, released in November 2023.
The comparison refers to its predecessor model, the MSI series without GEA Advanced Water Supply.
Treat your product gently
GEA hydrosoft feed system
The stationary feed pipe allows the product to flow into the centrally located bore of the rotating distributor. A feed system without a hydrohermetic disk at the end of feed pipe would create high shear forces, which would destroy the fat globules, i.e. they become smaller. The smaller the fat globules are, the more difficult it is for the centrifuge to separate them from the skim milk, resulting in fat losses via the skim milk discharge.
GEA skimming separators with hydrosoft feed system feature a hydrohermetic disk at the end of the feed pipe, which prevents air contact of the product, eliminating friction between the ambient air and the liquid. Thus, the fat globules are not destroyed and can be properly separated from the skim milk.
