GEA Blu-Red Fusion
GEA has launched an innovation that combines highly efficient cooling and heating in a single product. The new GEA Blu-Red Fusion is a combination of the successful GEA Blu chillers (low stage) and GEA Red heat pumps (high stage). With the inclusion of new compressor models, the available capacity and temperature range is now higher than ever before, to serve new applications and meet ever more demanding customer needs. クラス最高の効率を提供するこのGEA Blu-Red Fusionは、熱源とヒートシンク間に高い温度上昇により、冷却・加熱用途の組み合わせに特に適していますが、単段圧縮はそれ以外の場合では非効率的または不可能です。このGEA Blu-Red Fusionは、食品業界、酪農/乳製品業界、または飲料業界のいずれかの業界での食肉処理場の温水洗浄工程や殺菌工程などの冷却・加熱用途に理想的です。また、このGEA Blu-Red Fusionは、地域暖房（加熱）や施設の暖房などの暖房・加熱のみの用途のファーストチョイスであり、環境水または下水や廃水などの低温熱源を使用します。
GEA Blu-Red Fusionモデルは、既存のBluチラー（BluAstrumまたはBluGenium）およびRedヒートポンプ（RedAstrumまたはRedGenium）ファミリーに基づいており、同じ機能と利点を提供します。このBlu-Red Fusionは、製品選択・構成 ツールGEA RT Selectで一つの製品として簡単に構成できます。これは、プロジェクト固有の要件に関して、BluチラーモジュールとRedヒートポンプモジュールと完全に一致します。
効率が最適化された構成が総費用とCO₂総排出量を最小化
その中圧ステージには、単一の高効率なアンモニア冷凍サイクルの「カスケード」熱交換器が搭載されています。このように、低段と高段の2つの冷凍回路を分離して接続することで、異なるモデルを自由に組み合わせることができ、冷媒の総量を最小限に抑えることができます。中間の液体回路がないことで、装置の手間や設備投資を減らし、両ステージの差圧を下げ、グリコールポンプや水ポンプに無駄な電力を使用されなくなります。この効率による利点の大きさは2桁の数字に容易に達します。これは、エネルギーコストとCO2排出量の劇的な削減を意味します。
3つの動作モードによる柔軟性
このGEA Blu-Red Fusionは、個々の運転要件と季節的な需要に最高の柔軟性を提供します。全負荷または部分負荷での同時冷却・加熱の場合（「モード1」）だけでなく、加熱需要がない場合（「モード2」）には、ヒートポンプステージをオフにして、チラーステージのみを運転することができます。最後に、加熱能力は、冷却能力の需要に関わらず調整（低下）することができます（「モード3」）。また、このFusionを常に低い加熱需要に合わせて構成することによってコストを節約して、ヒートポンプモジュールの不必要な大型化を防ぐことも可能です。
