GEA Omni の強み — システム全体を1つのソリューションで
GEA Omni コントロールパネルはオープンシステムとして設計されています。したがって、GEA の関連部品だけでなく、他社の関連部品の監視と制御も可能です。コントロールパネルとその操作モードは、まず GEA の工場で設定され、その後、現場での試運転中に GEA Omni で直接調整することができます。
GEA Omni は、全てを兼ね備えたコマンドセンターとして機能し、補助的な制御システムの必要性を排除します。パネルには、主要部品だけでなく補助機器の稼働状態も表示されます。コンプレッサ、復水器、容器、蒸発器などといった主要機器、あるいは個別のバルブとポンプの配置の監視と管理を行う際に、オペレーターは冷凍システム全体を1つのパネルで制御できます。さらに、GEA Omni システムコントロールパネルにはエネルギー管理用の機能が搭載されています。
GEA Omni コントロールパネルはシステムインテグレーターに対しても有効です。工場出荷時の状態で、GEA Omni は、補助用と監督用のコントロールシステムコンポーネント間のデータ交換を目的として、標準的な産業向け通信ネットワークと連動するように設計されています。
