機能説明
無菌中間バルクコンテナ (IBC) 充填用の IBC 充填モジュールです。小型の装置は、IBC だけでなくすべてのプロセス必須構成機器から製造プラントを分離する GEA Aseptomag 充填バルブをカバーします。IBC と製造プラントの間の「デッドスペース」は、サニタリ仕様で完全にすすぎ及び滅菌が可能です。これは、ユーザにとって充填プロセス全体が目に見える安全性を持つことを意味します。滅菌時間、充填及びすすぎの時間、CIP/SIP データ、及び製品固有のあらゆるデータといったすべてのパラメータは、タッチスクリーン上で自由にプログラムできます。
内蔵制御 Siemens S7 は、お客様のご要望に従い、あらゆるプロセス仕様に適合できます。基本的な構成では、プログラム製造、SIP/CIP プラント及び置換パージはしっかりと正確に置かれます。対応するサブメニューは、プロセスパラメータで自由に構成できます。
充填容量の監視は、手動リフトトラックに組み込まれたスケールで行われます。測定されたデータは、WiFi を使用して継続的に PLC に伝送され、評価プロセスによって特定のビンでの正確な充填が可能になります。
