先端技術パン粉の剥離を最小限に抑える
CrumbMasterの設計はすべての点において、パン粉にかかる機械的応力をできるだけ小さくすることを目指しています。コンベヤやスクリューではなくスライドがパン粉を移動させ、特殊なフレーム設計によりパン粉の破砕を防止しています。
特許取得済みのパン粉分割機
コーティングの組成を一定に保ち、製品のコーティングのムラを避けるため、CrumbMasterには特許取得済みのふるい分けシステムが搭載されています。一方、分割ブレートを交換すれば、パン粉でくるんだ製品の上部と底部に異なる組成のパン粉をつけることもできます。
最適なコーティングの密着性
底部の層にパン粉づけが行われるよう製品がコンベア ベルトにより運ばれ、その間に上にあるホッパーにより上部コーティングが行われます。長いパン粉付けベッドと調整可能な圧力ローラーにより、最適なコーティングの密着性が保証されます。プロセスの最後に、余分なパン粉は吹き飛ばされ、循環システムに戻されます。
