UHT プラント、タイプ I

UHT プラント、タイプ P
間接 UHT プラントタイプ I に類似している UHT プラントタイプ P は、広範囲にわたって同様の処理技術に基づいています。
その違いは、チューブ式熱交換器タイプ P、つまり加熱される製品間の間接的熱伝導が利用され、冷却される場合には適用されないことです。このプラントタイプの利点は、熱交換表面を拡張する必要なく、なお一層高い効率と製品品質の向上を達成できることです。
UHT プラント、タイプ D
これらの UHT プラントで利用される直接加熱方式は、非常に高い製品品質という利点を提供します。不可欠な蒸気インジェクタとフラッシュクーラは、温度の集中するゾーンでの滞留時間を非常に短くします。
