スチーム調理器
GEAの技術がわずかなエネルギーで高品質のクスクスを製造できるスチーム調理器の開発を可能にしました。校正ローラーに由来する適正サイズの製品は、スクリューフィーダーによってコンベヤベルト全体にわたって均等に広げられます。ここでクスクスは、スチーム調理器全体にわたって底部からドージングされ、上部に上昇する蒸気によって均一に調理されます。このプロセスの最後で、2つの粉砕軸がクラスターの作成を回避して、均等なアルファ化を優先するような方法で、コンベヤベルトに沿ってクスクス粒を混合し回転させます。
回転式乾燥機
クスクスライン専用に設計された回転式乾燥機は、非常に効率的で、簡単な使用と洗浄を実現しています。この乾燥機は幅広い温度範囲（最大130℃）で作動し、空気の流れを最大化する大きな自由表面積を有します。高効率性は、クスクスを一定の動作状態に保ち、クスクス粒を迅速に乾燥させる特殊な構造によってだけでなく、製品回収、ロスをゼロにするリサイクルシステムによっても可能になっています。
