この押し出しスクリューは低速（25 rpm）で動作し、製品の丁寧な加工を保証し、パスタの品質を高めます。パスタ形状は、ダイス自動交換により、迅速に変更可能です。ミキシングタンクの湾曲した形状は、製品の停滞を低減し、全体的な保守を容易にすることを目的として設計されています。
