GEA Package Weigherシリーズは、生鮮食品や冷凍食品から乾燥パスタや粒状製品に至るまで幅広い用途に適合し、すべてMID規格の認証を受けています。
これらのモデルは、オプションで金属探知機の組み込みが可能であり、最終包装内に存在する金属を実際に発見することなく、金属で汚染された包装を不合格にすることができます。3本の直流独立モーションベルトにより輸送され、その速度はオペレーターインターフェイスパネルにより調整することができます。このパネルでは、以下が可能です。
- 機械の制御
- 最大100の異なる製造プロファイルの記憶
- 考えられる機械停止の原因をオペレーターが簡単に特定できるようにするすべての機械操作の自己診断
これらの重量計はすべてステンレス鋼を使用しており、衛生標準に準拠し、クリーニングが簡単です。
15～2,100g の2種類のサイズで展開しており、計量精度の向上（最大0.2g）により、さまざまな可変重量に対してもその感度を発揮します。要求に応じて、MySQLまたはSQLServerデータベースによって製造データを保管するために、データ詳細化ソフトウェアをインストールすることが可能です
