粉末スプールサンプラは空圧で動作するため、爆発の条件が存在する可能性のある場所で粉末に適用しても安全なソリューションです。これにより、ユニットの保守も単純になっています。
溶接またはトリ クローバー クランプ固定を使用して粉末スプールサンプラをプラントの一部に配置することができます。ここでは、効率的かつ信頼性の高い製品サンプリングが必要で、オペレーターが簡単かつ安全にアクセスできない可能性があります。
リモートコントロールユニットが追加すると、サンプリングプロセスを便利な場所またはオペレータステーションで実行することができるようになります。あるいは、サンプラを既存のオートメーションシステムに統合し、必要に応じて PLC から制御することができます。
