バルブは、流量を分離または調節するために使用します。パイプの中心にディスクが配置され、ディスクの通過がバルブ外側のアクチュエータにロッド接続されます。アクチュエータの回転により、流量と平行または垂直にディスクが回ります。ボールバルブと異なり、ディスクは常に流量内にあるため、バルブの位置に関係なく、常に流量内で圧力低下が誘発されます。
「バタフライ」は、ロッドに取り付けられた金属ディスクです。バルブが閉じると、ディスクが回転し、通路を完全に閉鎖します。バルブが完全に開くと、ディスクは 4 分の 1 回転し、ほぼ遮るものなく通過できます。また、製品フローを調整するために、徐々にバルブを開くこともできます。Products
