为什么要骤冷？
骤冷与热交换器形成鲜明对比，因为：
- 如果使用交换器，需要较大的面积
- 另外，直接接触比间接接触更有效
- 还能去除反应器中的精细颗粒，否则它们可能会腐蚀交换器管
从以下几点上，骤冷也不同于冷却：
- 冷却需要相对较长的时间
- 它也不能完全停止副反应
- 而在骤冷器中，副产品的形成完全停止
