强制循环结晶器由四个基本组件组成:
所需固体密度的浆料从结晶器罐循环通过换热器,过热并返回蒸发室。过热通过蒸发来释放,而不断变化的过饱和度导致悬浮晶体的生长。蒸出的溶剂被引导至后续工艺步骤,或通过再压缩系统来实现内部重新使用。
