H₂O₂ 净化
Whitebloc Aero 采用基于星轮的两阶段流程：当瓶子进入处理转盘时，对其喷涂 H2O2 溶液，然后用无菌热空气冲洗。这将激活 H2O2，并清除任何过氧化物，直至达到所需的净化水平。所有关键点均自动控制，确保了最大的净化效果。
Whitebloc Aero 能够以独立配置提供，或者，对于 PET 瓶处理，也可以与拉吹成型机结合使用。Whitebloc Aero 还配备了一个单一、紧凑、可完全接触的模块，用于制备 H2O2 溶液以及过滤无菌空气和任何原位清洗 (CIP) 液体。

Sterilcap VHP L：适用于瓶盖净化的干式 H2O2 技术
Sterilcap VHP L 系统设计用于处理平顶盖和运动盖，并提供多种净化目标水平，可满足各种保质期要求。尽管采用了强大的净化处理，Sterilcap VHP L 还是一种柔和的技术。仅使用 VHP 流和重力来操纵瓶盖，避免任何瓶盖变形。
Sterilfoil VHP L：适用于箔纸净化的 H₂O₂ 技术
Sterilfoil VHP L 为客户提供了适用于 HDPE 容器的安全而又卫生的封闭系统。
紧凑的杀菌槽可以同时进行内部和外部箔纸净化。箔纸在加压的 VHP 流中向前推动，该气流通过成形的导轨引导到达卫生排柜中的感应头转台。
