WZ由一条传送带组成，它的底部水箱分为两部分，可以回收喷射的水。
在顶部，它具有由专用流量开关和调节阀控制的喷雾坡道。产品由输送带运输，将水喷在产品上，然后将其收集并重新喷到装载区。
从结构的角度来看，倾斜的传送带是用塑料制成的，并通过变频器控制，而顶部关闭的铰链盖可以打开，以方便内部检查和清洁操作。此外，机器采用不锈钢制成，可以进行彻底清洗。
由于使用了回收系统，WZ的耗水量低，但仍具有将产品冷却至25°C的能力。
