
Drive the end-to-end development of new service and product offerings
Define and prepare new business models
Define product visions, roadmaps, and success metrics in alignment with strategic goals
Create and validate MVPs (Minimum Viable Products)
Manage product lifecycle including launch planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with external partners such as startups, research institutions, and technology providers
Prepare and present business cases and investment proposals to senior management
Ensure customer-centricity by integrating feedback loops, user testing, and service design principles
Support change management
Stay up to date with industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to new business models
Conduct market and customer research
Degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, Digital Business, or a related field
Several years of experience in product management, business development, or innovation management
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate strategic ideas into actionable initiatives with a hands-on attitude
Familiarity with Product development methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Scrum)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for new technologies
Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement
Fluent language skills in English and German
