Compensation and benefits

GEA provides benefit guidance at a group level to ensure employees receive competitive benefits that meet (local) market standards. GEA also offers a variety of benefits at a global level, covering mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing. Wellbeing benefits are defined on a country level.
