FIBC emptying stations
The GEA FIBC emptying stations is designed to enable a single operator to discharge bulk bags of product into a powder process system.
The FIBC emptying station allows the discharging of bulk bags with a plastic liners and spouts, in a sanitary manner. The liner is clamped and sealed to the hopper during emptying to contain any dust and prevent the ingress of foreign material.
With the hoist either suspended from the ceiling or integrated in the frame, it is suitable for most bulk bag emptying processes.
Emptying Rates: < 5-6 bags/h, depending on bag type and size
