DAP モデルデポジターは、電動フィンガー装置を使用して、トッピング具材の均一な層をマフィンまたはピザベースに振りかけます。このデポジターには、自動化を最適にし、廃棄物を最小限にする製品積載および回収コンベヤを付けられます。

湿式トッピングデポジターDAP モデルデポジターは通常、トマトの堆積システムの後に、ピザに具材を載せるための加工ラインに適しています。本ユニットは、ベルトが取り付けられ、製品が載せられる C 字型フレームから成ります。電動フィンガー装置は、ピザベースにトッピング具材の均一な層を振りかけます。トッピングは、滝型堆積装置によりベース全体に対して分散させることも、可動マスクを取り付けて、イタリア風のピザのようにピザの中心にだけ具材が載せられ、端が覆われないようにすることもできます。
DAP ユニットは、高容量生産に最適であり、オペレータの介入の必要性を低減する製品積載および回収コンベヤを取り付けることができます。
