Discos de ruptura
Bursting discs are safety devices designed for installation between a 3-way valve and a safety valve. They are used when a greater tightness is required, by controlling the space between the bursting disc and the safety valve and to protect the safety valve against the damaging effects of the working medium e.g. soiling, sticking, corrosion.
Características Técnicas
- Disponível em aço ou aço inoxidável
- Materiais de funcionamento: refrigerante de salmoura fria à base de glicol EN 378 p. 1, por exemplo, NH3, R22, R134a e misturas com óleo de refrigerador, meios neutros, gás e líquidos, salmoura fria à base de glicol
- Não é permitido o uso dos discos de ruptura em um sistema onde a pressão máxima de operação seja superior a 90% da baixa tolerância à ruptura. Os discos de ruptura são adequados para gases, mas não para líquidos. A tolerância à ruptura é de +/- 10% ou opcionalmente de +/-5%.
